Discount Tires -- Free Fix a Flat...
Wow, I have good things to say about Discount Tires. I called the one here close to the Academy, and asked what it would cost to fix my flat tire. I told them I thought it was just rocks caught in the seal between the tire and the rim.
They said.... $0.00
I went down and took my wheel off, sure enough, there were several rocks in the seal because of the spin-out last Friday. I took it in, and they pulled the tire, checked the rim and tire, and put the tire back on after cleaning everything off. It sealed up perfectly, and I got a free tire repair.
The kicker...I've NEVER bought tires there before, but I might just start. :smash:
P.S. -- Looks like the insurance company will be taking care of me...will get a call from the field agent (appraiser) withing 3 days. :cheers:

I have had very good experiences from Discount Tires. I have bought several sets there and they are always very consistent on quality and CS.

The local Discount Tire stores here will also rotate your tires at no charge, regardless if you purchased them there or not. For other reasons as well (pervasive in my area), I use them almost exclusively.

Cool! Sounds like someone there knows the value of customer service, which in turn gets repeat visits from paying customers who tell their friends. I always return somewhere I get treated well, I also make sure to tell people to steer clear of places with poor customer service.
