79 radio/cassette
The factory radio/cassette player will fast forward and then the tape will play for a few seconds, then I fast forward again and play a few seconds. 
Has the rubber band belt stretched? If so, where can I get some or any other suggestions

I generally send them off for a total check-up and repair. Never spent the time to try to repair one myself....many other things to repair around my shop and just do not have the time to tinker...on cassette decks.
