I am in the process of upgrading headlights to H4 halogens, with halos.
I have a new wiring harness (incredible piece of work) that has a two
pronged plug that it refered to as a trigger cable. Instructions are to unplug old cable and plug in new one. Sounds so simple..Problem is I can"t seem to locate the plug that is refered to in instructions. I don't know if it exists, or I am not looking in the right place..Any help would be greatly appreciated...
You need to post a picture of teh new lights and wiring.
If you are doing this on your 72 Corvette...there are (2) two termnal connectors for the high beams and (2) three terminal connectors for the low beams. So you should have four connectors when the original headlights are removed. Starting form there I would need more info to aid you.
If you want you can call me at work tomorrow.

grandmaster, you are correct. there are four connectors as you described. two on left cable(drivers side) and two on right side(passengeers side) problem is that there is a third cable that is refered to as the trigger cable. I believe that this is the line that feeds back to the light switch and the dimmer switch. This is the line that I am looking for. The maker of the wiring harness has provided a two prong affair for a plug and play setup. can"t find other end of plug. Thanks, Spuds.....
