I bought Moog replacement springs for my 81. I purchased them for a 74 big block car. How do these compare to the 550 springs? The car has a 454 goin in soon.
This is funny I was just looking on the Speed Direct web site! I need some springs for my BBC ... I have Bilsteins, and wonder if I should go 460's or 550's ?? Help, any ideas? I have a weekend toy that will be used on the odd HIGH speed blast in west Texas, when I move back.
What about your QA1 set up for the front? I want to retain the stock type rear with a uprated fiber spring and bilsteins. I really like the adjustable set up I must admit.

I need to mention that I like the idea of lesser spring rate but with bigger sway bars. Hence I was leaning towards the 460's.

I would definitely go w/ 550 which is what I have w/ FE7.
If ride is an issue, maybe you would like the 460 w/ FE7 sway bars.

I agree with Ganey. If you want a bit smoother ride then go with the 460's and big sway bars.
