'72 hazard light problem
Took my vette to get N.Y. State inspection and when tech pushed the 4 way flashers button, it blew the fuse. Replaced fuse and tried again, but same thing. There is no problem with turn signals, brake lights, parking lights, etc. Just blows the fuse when the flashers are used. I bought a turn signal switch which has the flasher switch in it, but before I go through that hassle, does any one have any thoughts? I'm not too good or patient with electrical problems. I 've owned this car for 36 years and never had any elec. trouble. Help.
