Default vacuum system

Can any one tell me why my 70 vette,when you start it up the wiper door and the headlights open for a couple seconds and then close.

Yes, your vacuum is bleeding off the system and until it builds back up the headlamps and wiper door pop open.

Replace the check valve between the manifold and the reserve tank.
