73to 74 frame interchange?

73to 74 frame interchange?
hey guys ..im getting ready to restore my 73 and need to replace the frame.have a line on a 74..how much work is involved to make one fit.or better question is? will it? anybody do that here? pics? thx

frame swap
The 74 frame will fit fine except you might have to alter the rear bumper brackets that bolt from the bumper to the rear frame rail. I think the rear frame rail is slightly different than the 73 but it will fit the 73 body.
The rear of the 74 frame needs a few mods,a grinder/cut off wheel,drill,die grinder and about an hour of your time will do the trick.
