Default Wire question center guages 68 vert

Trying to get all the bulbs back working. Speedo and tach work , the grays with them work. Now working on the center bezel lights, clock, fuel etc.
The gauges will plug up and work ( at least the ones I have tried) the gray lights will not work.
I ruined the fuse getting it out but show continuity between the clips which hold the fuse. I know I will have to replace that fuse.

I see on DOCs Oso easy diagram there are actually two ground wires
(one labled "console ground" 14 at the bottom) the other is on the right hand side and labeled "early aux RH ground)
Questions

1. Are both grounds required to be grounded for the bulbs to work.

2. Is the steering column wiring required. I have the column out and wires disconnected.

3. What amp is that short fuse to the Ins lights

Thanks

You need to have the temp gauge 3 wire connector attached to the gauge cluster-the black 14 wire in that connector is the ground for the cluster
The fuse is 4-5
