How much do you pay, in VAT, when the parts are comming from US?
Here I pay 25% (VAT in Denmark) and then 12% when comming outside EU. And of course I have to pay 25% and 12% of the shipping price also !!!

A couple of the guys on the BOSS 302 forum are have the identical problem, and the consensus there is to save and re-chrome the old ones at all cost. I just had a '66 Plymouth bumper done that was twisted, rusty with two extra holes re-done by Stockton Plating (Keystone) and they did a beautiful job on it with a lifetime warranty. Worked for me.

Very cool, Stockton is close for as I'm in Concord, I'll give them a try for my old bumpers.

Default Save those Bumpers

OE stuff, both front and rear with about 3/16 gap through out or overall bumper to body fit.

Bumpers can be repaired from holes and being bent. So dont throw them away and be stuck with off shore parts.....These rears are as good as new and maybe better as they had a hole repaired and re-plated...Shop in Owensboro Ky repaired the rears, front never left me.

I bought a few days ago an Autometer gauge ( Value US$ 65 ) from ebaymotors and received the parcel this morning. Shipping was $29 but no customs clearance !
So, I paid €62 ( $94 ) with my credit card, nothing more. The invoice was saying "Gift" and declared value was only "$ 5". As long as the real value is below $100, no problem.
A second example :
My last order at SummitRacing was about $300. Handling and shipping (USPS) was $70, and customs clearance € 50 ( $ 75 ). So, all together, that's about +50% of the parts price.
But no VAT for parts coming from US.
