Default Composite leaf spring bolts

For those that have installed these springs, what length of shackle bolts did you use? i have an issue with the 8" long bolts being to large of a diameter to fit into the bushing? I have the correct 6-1/4 bolts, but not sure where the ride height is going to be so a little scared to use them.

The composite springs tend to settle rather quickly. The 68 has a TRW in it. Had to start out with 10" bolts and within 350 miles it now has 8" bolts.

Ok well i solved my problem today and took the bushings to the machine shop and had them cut and drilled to fit the trailing arm and the 8" bolt. With the original setup. you will never get in the trailing arm to install the rear swaybar, the bushing needs to be cut down 3/8". Plus the bushings will not fit on the bolt, the hole is too small. They wil fit on the 6-1/4 bolt but are sloppy once you get past the threads.

Here are some before and after pictures.
