Default Phoenix Brake Bleeder

Is anyone familiar with the Phoenix Brake Bleeders? It's a reverse bleeder system that seems to make sense. Since air is lighter than brake fluid it bleeds the brake system from the calipers to the master cylinder.

thanks

Get a Motive brake bleeder. Way better than the Phoenix. I have had both and tossed the Phoenix in the can. It sounded good but the Motive blows it away

I have a Motive that i use on my C4 but I would have to buy an adaptor for the MC on my C3. Also, I have speed bleeder valves on the C4 so I don't think I could use the Phoenix with them. Am I right?

The best Phoenix brake bleeder is a Motive brake bleeder.

Why would you want to push the dirty fluid back into your system, especially if you have ABS?
I'll never reverse bleed any of my vehicles.

I think it's to be used to bleed the hydraulic system not to flush it.

The adapter they sell with the Motive I think is terrible. I made my own out of a flat piece of 1/4 inch steel. I did use their rubber piece from the adapter but the plastic tip broke off and to clamp it tight enough you really need to clamp it tight. I did not like the plastic piece. It cost me nothing but a little time and drilling and tapping a hole.

I've got one and We've used it a few times but really wasn't that impressed with it. It just sits on the shelf collecting dust. probably should put the thing on sleaze bay
