emergency brake question
I am trying to do a 73 vert frame off and I just got new e-brake pads and stainless hardware.After two days of fighting to get the pads mounted, I need to know where the lower spring mounts? I think its supposed to be on the third hole of the flat but not sure.I wish I took a picture before mounting but Im not going through that again!!! LOL.Any help would be appreciated I have a bunch of books but none show actual positon. Thanks Timsride.

Are you asking about the Retractor Spring and the Adjusting Screw Spring for the parking brake shoes?
Adjusting screw spring (single spring) on bottom holes.
Retractor spring (double spring) on top holes.
