Hey I'm looking at a 73, 454 (ls4) 4-speed the engine code on the block should be a cwm or cwt, the cwt codes says 454-4speed nb2. What is the nb2? thanks

I think it means California delivered. NB2 code, California emissions package.

A suffix code of CWT indicates California emissions. NB2 might have shown up on the build sheet or the dealer invoice, but would not be on the block.
