HP and TQ guess
if the weather cooperates today i,m putting the old girl on the rollers.....Here,s the specs (most of them) It,s a 489 BBC (4.25 stroke /4.280 bore) edelbrock rpm heads with 2.25 valves not the 2.19 and some mild porting to the heads.extreme energy hydraulic roller cam 294(242/248 570 total lift)Has Ross pistons total seal rings with napier oil ring 10.75 to 1 comp.Eagle h-beam rods 6.385 length and eagle crank.the carb is a demon 850 dp and the intake is the old edelbrock TM2r .It has full length 2 inch headers connected to 3 inch exhaust with an X pipe .The tranny is a turbo 400 with a holeshot 3000 convertor.and it has 3.08 gears out back...This thing get,s street driven and will see the strip 2-3 times starting next summer,it seems to work really well but can,t help myself with wanting to no what kind of power it,s really making,hopfully enuff to keep all the pretenders from harrassing me every time i take it for a drive,i live in a small community where the word will get out quickly..thanks for evveryone,s input
