instrument fuse power?

Default instrument fuse power?
Trying to get my instrument/dash lights to work .I have power to all the fuses in fuse panel except for instrument fuse. I have no power at fuse holder in panel on either side of holder. Anyideas why?Car been a part for several years putting back together.

Are you checking the inst fuse with the headlights on AND the **** turned counterclockwise ?

No power there until the HL switch is on.

Default instrument fuse power
No power to fuse with hl switch on and turn, also I have power going into switch ( red wire ) and when I turn hl on I get power from blue wire
no power to any other wires on switch. Think its the switch?

The dark green needs to be hot coming out of the switch or the switch is bad. The dark green feeds the inst fuse with its power.

Ok I will double check the green wire .If no power I will get a new switch.
