I guess I am in the minority, I do not like the look or sound of side pipes on a C-3. They look good on a C-2 but still I do not like the sound.

I have a custom mandrel bent three inch system with flow master series 40,s and a crossover. With my solid roller cam it sounds almost like a prostock car at idle. I do not know if a three inch system would fit through the stock cross member. I installed the exhaust when I installed the ROD, so we built a cross member and cut the old one out. :chevy
A 3inch will not fit in the cross member but a 2.5 will and hooked to 40's with an h-pipe sounds Sweet as well

Are there any side pipe options besides hooker side pipes and factory ones with the fiberglass covers, and on under car exhaust where does the X pipe go or the H pipe?
