proformer rmp packge
anyone using one on there car? I just ordered the cam kit i have the intake and I will use my heads for now. Are you happy with the setup? :smash:

You need a manual trans. or high stall converter & gears. What's trans. & gears?

turbo 350 2000 stall. stock gears in a 77.

But, the info on this kit said 1500-6500rpm. The 2000 stall is not enough for a mild street machine? :confused:

No, for that cam start thinking 3000 stall & min. 3.70 gears or less cam.

I had a 355 in my chevy S-10 pick up with the performer rpm package [ cam, intake, carb. ] be sure to run good flowing heads. I had reworked 041 heads that worked great. I ran a 700r4 trans with all the good stuff inside and a 3.73 gear. the motor run VERY strong . real mustang eater :D :D Rick
