Default Aggravating Glove Box Lock
Anybody know how to shut up a noisy glove box lock? The latch is already all the way back. Thanx.

Is the lock tight in the door ?

edit-are the bumpers in place ?

Turn 1/8 turn and it will stop. Only problem is it will work itself back to original position.

When you turn the lock it tightens it self up

To tighten it you will have to remove the lock cylinder and tighten the internal nut.
