Thats your TSC switch wire. Goes on the 3-4 shift lever switch on the trans.

Pretty much useless if you no longer have all the TCS stuff on the car.

I have to disagree you could use the wire to turn on a " hang on for dear life" light.

Actually it is TCS not TSC. Stands for Transmission controlled spark. It is connected to a valve that prevent vacuum advance until you are in 4th gear, and temperature is up to normal.
