68 Front Bumper Shims
Anybody know where I can get these? Looks like the GM part number is 3711834. I've checked my normal suppliers and they don't seem to have them.
Thanks,
Rick L.

I'll get under my car this afternoon and check for shims, if I can identify them and I have the ones that were on my parts car I'll send them your way.

I'm still looking, digging through all my boxes and I might have to go look through the stuff I brought to my brothers while we were putting his '69 together.
I hope to have some good news for you soon.

FlaVert,
I found one, that's all though.
PM me your address if you want it and I'll send it out ASAP.

I got the envelope, but the shim didn't make it. Looks like a postal sorting machine ate it. Thanks for trying, though.

That sucks!
I'll stop in at the post office and see if it happened here, maybe they found the shim. I know it's an extreme long shot but it's worth checking.
If you can wait awhile I'll take one off my car and see about making you some using square washers like we talked about.

It's no big deal, I'll just make something up from some round washers I have. I'm not doing an NCRS restoration and nobody is going to see them anyway.
