The picture must be on a web site somewhere. If you don't have one, you can set one up for free here at the foum. Click on the Home Pages tab above.
Once you have the pictures on the web site, you can then put the link to the pictures between codes in your message to point to the picture.
So this (replaceing the {} with []'s for real use)
{img}http://home.hvc.rr.com/joesvette/corvette.jpg{/img}
Becomes this when you change the {} to brackets. This points to a pic of my car on my own home site.
