You shouldn't need offset TA's with 18's and a 5" BS.

They are falken tires and they are the stock height as original wheels.
Rear tire size is 275-40-18 and the front is 255-45-18.No offset trailing arems ,you dont need themwheels and tires fit perfect under car.One small note though,i used 3/8 spacer on the front because i thought the wheel was a little too far inward.spacer was cheap.rims were 18x8 front and 18x9.5 rear

Mine are stock trailing arms with 9.5 inch wheels and 5 inch bs with Toyo T1R 285/40/18's

I ran 275/40-18 tires on 9.5x 18 wheels for a couple of years with stock trailing arms, 2.5" adapters, no problems. After installing offset trailing arms and triming the frame a little, I now run 295/35-18 tires on 10.5x 18 wheels, with 2" adapters. After triming the frame, I have room I believe for 305 or 315 tires. I won't find out untill I wear these 295s out. Here is a link to my frame mods to fit the 295 and larger tires:
