Yes the tach is electronic, the 75-82 tachs work off 12 volts, ground and a square signal.

No, I'm looking for an RPM signal for a wideband o2 controller, and was wondering the specs on the electronic tach. I'm just using it to tune my carb and since I don't have an ECU, I was hoping to avoid getting an inductive sensor, etc.
