Default Passenger side door panel

I have a 78 Pace Car with power windows. When I opened my door and closed it the window on the passenger fell about 2 or 3 inches. Then I rolled it all the way down, but then it only came up 2 inches. I took off the door panel. I saw two holes that looked like they were missing rivets or bolts. Here is a picture:

What goes in these holes and will this fix the problem with the window?

Here's the 78' AIM page for thr window motor. Looks like there's suppost to be 3 rivets holding the regulator to the door frame.

Looks like your slide or cross arm, has come loose. You should be able to realign everything, resecure, and all should be back to normal.
