welch plug question

Anyone know of a good supplier of welch plugs? I need a couple 5/8" welch plugs to terminate my heater hose fittings on the 94 LT1 water pump. Anyone?

Are you talking about pipe thread plugs ? I think you can get them at any auto parts and probably Lowes or HD. I have a box full of extras that came with new water pumps. Some have square heads and some have allen drive.

Doorman or Melling can provide the needed parts.Your local automotive machine shop should have what you need for cheap.
