Default Heater vacuum valve.

I wanted to change my original heater vacuum valve due to a small leak. Have now bought two repos, both with the same leak.
When the spring is pressed together the valve is o.k. - no leaks when blocking the red mark pin and giving vacuum to the white mark pin. when spring is released, it´s hissing from the gasket. 3 valves with the same leak makes me wonder if I have missed something here, or if that is the best they can get.

Default Solved!!

Solved the problem!

Had one of the valves apart and found the bottom end of the rubber cylinder to be a little too small. When in open vacuum position, with spring depressed, the vacuum will pull the rubber together and make it tight. In shut position no vacuum at the lower end, and it leaks. Two rounds of electrical tape around the lower cylinder end + a little grease, and it holds the vacuum.
