Hi all,
I just pulled in for a few days and then back to sea. Thought I would stop by and say hi.
Quick question:
I want to use the Hooker sidepipes but need to have them modified to fit an LS1. Anyone know what it would cost to have say the first four to six inches cut off and massaged to fit the LS1 header flange I have sitting in my garage?
Thanks
Jeff, You might have to talk to Hooker directly and see what they say. Or maybe Sanderson or another custom header maker. I have know idea if the spacings are even remote close, but BB headers are closer to the LS-1 configuration than SB headers are, I wonder if they might be easier to convert? It might be a simple as cutting off the flange and building a custom flange and welding it back on.
