I'd suggest Dynomax ceramic coated headers. You will still need an adapter to go from the collector to your exhaust pipes, you can get that from Dynomax and it might come with the headers. You will still probably have to cut your exhaust pipes to length so they will match up with the collector adapter and the collector. The adapter should be welded to your exhaust pipes, but if you are going to do the work yourself, you can probably clamp them until you can get to a muffler shop and have them welded.
The cutting of the pipes is necessary since the stock exhaust pipes you purchase from Mid-American are designed to bolt on to stock exhaust manifolds, which are much shorter than the headers.

actually, i'm pretty sure no full lengh headers will "bolt" up to your exhaust. You'll have to cut the pipe and installt he flanges, or have your local shop do it, shouldn't cost too much :)
