Default Need advice for pulley kit

Hi CF

I´m looking for a new pulley kit for my 69 BB (427) without PS and air. I do want quality but I don´t need the most expensive kit available.

I´d like to keep the alternator mounted in drivers side, and I would prefer serpetine over v-belt.

Is it possible to buy a kit for BB where the alternator is mounted in front of the valve cover (it seems like I only see kits with alternator mounted "outboard"). In some way it would have to be "spaced out" to clear the valve cover, but I have only electric cooling fans, so clearance isn´t an issue.

So what I need is a serpentine kit (any brackets included) with pulleys for crank, waterpump and alternator (inboard mounted?)

I´m all ears... ...please chime in your advices...

Try March. They helped me with mine, but it's a small block. It does have the alternator on the driver's side in front of the valve cover. Mine has no ac, but it does have power steering. They have kits available with and without AC and PS. Hope this helps.

If you have a Summit catalog, may be pics online also, they have several kits shown by March. You may not like the price though.

You might try the Vintage Air frontrunner. Its going to have the Alt in front of the Valve cover like You want. You may or may not have a Clearance issue with the Crossmember and it probably is going to be the most exspensive. But it wins the way cool vote.
