Bump Steer Blocks?
My '75 is dropped about 1" in the front and I get really bad bump steer on the "wonderful" roads here in VA. I ordered a set of the VBP bump steer blocks this weekend but am starting to have second thoughts.
I know they will shorten the tie rod lengths but I have heard that we need longer tie rods?
Also hear that I have to drill out my steering arms to install the blocks. I guess this would preclude reinstalling the stock tei rods. So, I may be needing to buy new steering arms to bolt to the spindles. The only source I found is Duntov Motorsports.
I am just trying to get some info here on what s my best course of action.
Thanks.
