Help Identifying Ruined Muffler
My muffler blew out last week, as in the whole bottom fell off one side. :D After taking a look today, I found out why... It seems as though the blown mufflers was installed backwards!!! Unbelievable... Anyway, I took the numbers off the muffler and was hoping someone could help me identify the manufacturer. The muffler read
H O J
1 0 6 8
These characters were enclosed by a square... Anyone have any experience and can help?

No help here, but why not just replace both of them? Was the other one installed correctly?
Without the name of the company that made the muffler, you probably aren't going to find a replacement.

PS- I swore the previous owner claimed the mufflers to be flowmasters. That ever they are, they sounded great!
