Default replaced trailing arms, alignment issue?

ok, i replaced my trailing arms on my 1980 corvette and then went to the alignment shop as soon as i finished. they did the work and everything was in spec. i had also installed the adjustable strut rods aka smart strut system. My question is, my passenger side strut rod lock nut came loose since then. Is it possible that the strut rod rotated and the alignment changed? or am i just worrying about nothing and should tighten lock nut and forget about it. thanks

Tighten the jamb nut up and take the car for a ride. If it feels off, run it back to the shop for a quick check.

These aftermarket strut rod nuts have a tendancy to loosen. There is really no way of anything changing regarding alignment as the rod or either end would have to rotate for the alignment to change. Look at the set up, unless the nuts on both ends loosened, nothing can change. Take a look and think about it. I like to put 2 nuts on each side & use the 2nd nut as a jam nut.Tighten it up & you should be fine.

Tighten it up and off you go. Best recheck for a while to see if another one comes loose.
