Finally tuned!!!
I have finally dialed the Barry Grant Speed Demon in on my 75. Was that ever a chore. It was bogging down when I punched it and just killing the performance. I finally rejetted ( again) and changed needle and seat and adjusted the rear float for what seemed like two days of messing with it. By the way...don't expect a whole lot of help from the Barry Grant tech line. The guy I had kept telling me I ordered the wrong carb. I told them "they" spec'd it out and was running fine until just a few weeks ago. But, tranny gasket changed, fuel pump gasket dried out and replaced and now it is really hopping.
It was nail biting and temper time, but it sure is fun!
