Gas Pedal for a 68
I am close to completing my 383 swap. I have a holley 750 with billet 2 spring cable bracket. I hooked up my new cable yesterday and discovered that my gas pedal (has been visited by Bubba) is too weak for the double spring Holley bracket. The pedal looks like it flexes from mount to cable attachment. I tried shortening the cable, but still cant get WOT. From reading old threads, I have learned that the 68 style pedal was replaced in 69. Has anyone tried a Lokar pedal (http://www.summitracing.com/parts/LOK-BAG-6148/) or just went with the late 69 design?

and used a Lokar cable and bracket. Only way I could get full WOT with the Holley.
