Default Suspension rebuild (Complete)

Finally finished up the rest of the suspension today. I'm still short some shims and (2) shock bolts. Also the swap bar is being a pain in the ash to strip. I wanted to paint it red, but at this rate I may buy a new one.

Spring results: I purchased the 460 lb springs from Moog and cut them down one half coil. My new ride height is now 28 1/4" from the ground to the top of the fender well. After I check the ride, I may cut another 1/2 coil off. I have a pretty steep driveway which will dictate the ride height.

The Vette Brake Product HD tie rod sleeves look pretty cool also.

Thanks for all the help and advise.

I only did the front. It could be done in any afternoon, but I wanted to sandblast everything and paint it all. Tools and a press are needed also.
