Oil leak solved!!!
Pulled off manifold and cleaned off old gaskets. (This is when I figured it was a sealing problem since it came off way too easy).
Cleaned all surfaces extremely well using a scrub pad and brake cleaner.
Installed new FelPro 1205 gaskets using Permatex High Tack Spray Gasket Sealer on both sides. Small bead of Permatex RTV Ultra-Black around water outlets. Smeared a layer of RTV on the front and back of the manifold and then laid a 3/8"(vice 1/4") bead of RTV along the walls.
Dropped the manifold on using ARP bolts torqued to 25 ft-lbs. Let sit for a while and retorqued. Used Permatex #2 sealant on all bolts.
Dropped distributor in using Permatex HFP sealant on the gasket (it stays flexible so you can move the distributor for timing).
Let sit for 24 hours so RTV would fully cure. Started car and reset timing.
Went fro a nice long drive with a couple of 4000-5000 runups. No leaks.
BTW: Also swapped valve cover gaskets for Mr. Gasket Ultra-Seals and I use ARP studs and cast aluminum covers for a good seal.

Jim
