Default No Wiring T Top Switch
Installed new switches. Bushings had worn out. Most of the insulation was gone. There had been a mouse in the car a year ago. Rear defrost wiring fine. I wonder if the wiring was never installed from the factory?

They didn't start protecting the tops until about April 78. What's your VIN?
My March production Pace Car is not protected, my July production 78SA is protected.

Manual says it started around vin #25281 on "regular production" cars.

My 1980 Corvette doesn't have the t top switches although it shows them in the factory service manual. I bought the car in 1983.
