I'm checking out the corvette i bought a couple of weeks ago...
one of the things i noticed is that the brake pads always touch the rotor... i don't really know how to explain it in english, but the result is that when i drive it's like i'm slightly pushing the brakes.
it it normal for the corvette? How could i fix it?
There are springs behind each rotor piston that will apply a slight force on the pads when the brakes are released. If you are experiencing strong dragging on one or more wheels you might have a sticking piston or 2. Hard to say without knowing the history of the car, how often it's driven, etc. C3 brakes are great when they are working correctly but they can have several problems, especially if they are not used regularly.

Depends on how much of the work you want to do yourself. You can buy rebuilt stainless-steel-sleeved calipers from the major chain auto parts stores, install and bleed the system. If you don't drive the car much they will probably start to leak in a few years.
You can rebuild your existing calipers either with an original seal kit or with a Vette Brakes O-ring kit if you have SS-sleeved calipers. You won't know if you have sleeved calipers until you take them apart. The O-ring kits are more expensive than original seal kits but they are supposed to eliminate the leakage and binding problems that original seals develop when they sit for long periods. I rebuilt my calipers with the O-ring kit last year and so far so good.
If your brakes are dragging you may need new hoses also. The old hoses can collapse internally and not allow brake fluid to flow back to the master cylinder, keeping pressure on the pads.
If you do a search on the forum there are dozens of threads on brakes. One of the most common problems on a C3.

How badly do the brakes drag? The spring pressure from conventional calipers is not enough to increase drag on the pads. Deleting the springs is not a smart move, they serve to eliminate potential clearance between the pad and rotor surface which would in turn result in a low pedal.

it's bad to me. With the car on the jack it is not easy to spin the wheel..
but not that bad, because when i drive i don't smell anything from brakes..
It is very common for the rubber lines to fail causing the brakes to hold pressure and not release the calipers.
Every corvette should be on it's 2nd or 3rd set of flex lines!
