I can't help you get one but it sounds like you need the one from the transducer to the speedo head. Just trying to narrow down exactly which cable is needed.
well i took it out of the transmission and twisted it with an elecrtical screw driver to see if the speedometer would move but it didn't. so somewhere in there the cable is broken.
With cruise it is common for the transducer to stop turning smoothly & damage the lower cable. Disconnect the upper cable at the transducer under dr. fender near firewall & spin cable to speedo.
The lower cable from RWD Monte Carlo like 86 may connect to upper Corvette cable bypassing the transducer.
