?? Edelbrock big block water pump??
Q: Does Edelbrock use the same water pump housing (8850) for their short water pumps?
I need pump #8852 with the 3/4 pilot for my '71. The pump I'm looking at (slightly used) has 8850 cast on the back but the pilot shaft calipers at .740. Pump #8850 is for '70 Corvettes with a 5/8 pilot. I can't get a hold of Edelbrock. Any one bought one of these and noticed this?
