Default Headman header install

Well i got my Headman elite headers 68308 installed this week. But had to beat one header tube on the pass side to clear the heavy duty idler arm. It tapers as opposed to the stock one that narrower. So i bit my tongue and beat it in so now i have 1/4" clearance. from the header to the boot. Anybody else run into this.

Ya....I had the same problem, you hate to have to modify something that should fit. Here is a link to my thread.
