Brake booster filter
Is the canister filter that is stock in the vacuum line from the carb to the brake booster necessary?
During my motor swap my old one somehow got misplaced and Im wondering if its worth spending the $30 on a new one.
What does it do, keep crap like carbon from building up in the booster?
I appreciate any input.

yeah, I figured it was meant to keep carbon and other harmful fumes from building up in the booster and causing issues with the power brakes.
Thanks for the cheaper solution! I had checked my local parts place and they didnt have it, but Ill check my local autozone and see if they have it in stock.
