Is there a thread for this? I understand all of the basics, but what should be the actual step by step order such as 1. Jack up, put stands in front of rear wheels 2. Remove wheels 3 ?
I do have a 4 post lift, would this help, or just do it on the floor?
My problem is a rear end noise. A whirring noise like a bearing. It stays the same, but gets louder from 20 on up while under acc. Goes quiet when you let off the gas.
I'll probably end up doing a lots of work while I'm at it. Should I just pull the whole thing out of the car.
