Oversized wheels

I am restoring a 1966 stingray,, what is the biggest size 15" torque thrust wheel and tire size that can be used without spacers and rubbing? I would like to use 15 x 8, with a 245 60 15. I'm not sure of the offset. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

youre more likely to get an educated response in the C2 area this is C3.
