My neighbor has these rims for sale and he advertized them as "goldstars" or something similar.....I'll see if I can find out

They look like "copies" of Gotti Wheels. They are a high end wheel that was very popular in the mid 80s. A couple of companies duplicated them. American Racing and Cragar I'm pretty sure both sold them. Look at the wheels carefully. You should be able to find some kind of stamping on them somewhere to give you a hint.
