If my left-Rear brake line is pinched of, what effects could I encounter?
My 68 has been pulling hard to the left when I hit the brake and just noticed the brake line that goes into the left-rear caliper is pinched bad.. Would that cause the car to pull hard to the left when I hit the brakes (my freind claims that would casue it to pull to the right)? I was just getting ready to start working on the trailing arm bushings becasue I thought that was the cause until I noticed this.. I wont have the new brake lines for about a week..
i cannt see how a pinched line in the back would cause it to pull in the direction of the pinched side. If it was a front brake I would agree. I would check for air in the right front caliper or some other problem in the front.
I guess that concludes my notion that the brake may have caused the pulling and not my trailarm bushings.. I was just hoping/praying for an easier fix..
