Your TKO has a pretty low first gear ratio.
Since you say you dont plan to drag race, I wouldnt change the rear gear.
If you feel like you just have to change it, a 3.55 or 3.73 would work well.

It seems like I cant get into 5th gear unless im near 70, anything below and it hesitates, and even in the lower gears not a lot of get up and go untill im pushing hard in third.
I ran a 3.70 with my TKO 500 and liked it. Little short in 1st gear but yo uget used to it. A 3.08 and the .68 OD you will rarely use 5th gear. With a 3.70 5th is useable from about 55 on up. A 3.55 is also a good gear. Either one will work well.
Depends on your engine build. If you don't have many Cubic Inchs and a lot of Cam then its not going to pull 5th down the Freeway very well. If You have a lot of CI and not much cam its going to pull 5th before you get to the freeway. The TKO's 1st gear was made for a ratio close to what you have. You mght even consider a 3.36. As they were a stock option they are fairly common You might be able to pick up a used unit and try it out before you spend a lot re-doing what you have.
