Horn Problem
I can go to my car and beep the horn right now, go back 15 minutes later and beep beep, go back 15 minutes later, NOTHING. Tomorrow the same thing happens. Everything is new except for the horn. Any suggestions?? Also, is the wire to the horn supposed to be hot all the time? Thanks.

i also have a problem with the horn! the relay clicks every time i push it, but the horn honks just sometimes.....
