Trent & Mountain,

I just talked to Muffler Tech........he said their Carsound catalytic converters blow away the Random Tech ones.....( of course )

The cost was $89.00 plus $10 for shipping ...so about $100 bucks.
Said he could ship it out tomorrow. Also said that it would be bolt-in, no modification.

something to think about...

Kev.

What about the airtube problem? How does it fit up to that. Not really interested in sawing and modifying and all of that. Thanks for the info.

Trent,

Adam mentioned some kit that Mid Am sells maybe to connect it.

Other than that - seems like sawing is what people are doing.
I made a post about this http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=259332

but no-one has replied so far...

I wasnt crazy about the sawing idea either , but after thinking about it , it doesnt seem like a big deal - the tube is not very wide to saw, and then all you would need is about 4 inches of hose and a couple hose clamps

Seems that way. I would have figured at least one person would have tried it. oh, well. Let me know how it works if you buy the other one.

Buy the way I am pretty lucky here in TN we have no testing at all so I could get away with just using a test pipe, not sure how I would get around the air tube problem, plus I like being environment friendly.
