This should be interesting. I run a HB and a Steeroids on my stock 72 pump that is original. It works for both but on a few occasions while going around a turn with the motor pretty much at an idle rpm and I hit the brakes the power steering is a little resistance. It comes back immediatly but you can feel a difference when the brakes are first touched. Not a big problem but I was always wondering about the flow at idle.

Yep, I've got the same feel
I have the newer style pump with a remote reservoir, I noticed that there are different flow valves for this pump and was wondering if I can match the flow to the HB and R&P.
